1. Dear God, the merciful king of glory. I lift my two hands in thanksgiving and praise to you today. I pray that you cast your protective neck on me today. I pray against all kinds of misfortune in this new week. I pray for the forgiveness of all form of sins against you dear God. Whatever I may have done wrong, I pray that you forgive me today. I pray for you to surround me with your angels from up above. Spread your arms over me in protection, almighty father and love me more each passing day. I await your riches in this new and beautiful week and I pray that you grant me my heart desires. Encompass me with your glory and mercy oh Lord, that I be guarded physically and spiritually through you in Jesus name. Thanks for making me see another amazing week. May your name be praised! Amen!
2. Dear Father
As I commence another week of scurrying and running about our life, I take a minute to stop and say our heartfelt praise to you. I am so surprised at your immense love towards me and I am of course mindful of what I need to do to continue to enjoy your love and protection. I confess today that I am a sinner and I know my failings as your son. I pray that you forgive me of all my sins today and give me the grace to live in you and for you. Give me the grace dear God to carry my cross and follow you. Amen!
3. Humbly have I asked that you guide my footsteps throughout this week. Use me this week to your glory oh Lord and protect me from the dangers of this evil world. Help me be a blessing to family, friends and colleagues in Jesus name!
