How To Take Care Of Your P*nis

How To Take Care Of Your P*nis: One of the most important organs in the body is the reproductive organ. The reproductive organs (Female & male reproductive organ) are essential for reproduction. The p*nis being the male reproductive organ is truly a remarkable organ. It is the only organ that we depend on to alter its shape, size.

Taking good care of the genital will not only make it clean but reduces skin infections and prevent some other diseases e.g balanitis, penile cancer etc that may affect the genital.

Moreover, there is popular saying about the p*nis “use it or loose it”, this saying however has encouraged most guys to make use of their p*nis sexually wise but they rarely spend any time caring for its well being. They just assume that it will continue to perform for them. Unfortunately, the p*nis’ ability to do its job is impacted by many health factors and – without care – will become less effective with each passing decade.

How To Take Care Of Your P*nis

 1.  Eat well and smart

Wholesome and natural foods prevent the build-up of harmful plaque deposits within your blood vessels that compromises blood flow to the p*nis. Poor dietary choices with meals that are calorie-laden and nutritionally-empty create clogged arteries and greatly impact sexual function.

Despite its reputation for being temperamental, the p*nis doesn’t ask for much — support, protection, a safe distance from heavy machinery…

And, as it turns out, a healthy diet. The food you eat is crucial for sexual health, from erection strength to sperm motility. Research indicates that some specific nutrients — from common vitamins to lesser-known plant extracts — that have demonstrated positive effects on very specific aspects of penile performance. Eat This Not That! has rounded up the best examples of these sexual superfoods to be taken which in turn takes care of the p*nis. And make your little guy look bigger by flattening your bell.

Below are a few foods and their benefit to the male genital

a. Coffee: Recent University of Texas findings suggests that men who drink two to three cups of java a day—or 85 to 170 milligrams of caffeine from other beverages—are 42 percent less likely to have erectile dysfunction than those who consume up to seven milligrams of the stimulant daily. And those who throw back four to seven cups were 39 percent less likely to have the condition than their less jittery counterparts. However, scientists discovered this trends brings the flow of blood to the p*nis.

b. Banana: Hard men have healthy hearts, so eat bananas for potassium, which is great for your heart and circulation. Getting enough potassium helps keep your sodium levels under control, stopping your blood pressure from hitting the roof and reducing your risk of heart problems. If you eat too much salt and don’t like bananas, get your potassium from oranges or jacket potatoes (the mineral’s in the skin).

c. Tomatoes: Double down on the marinara to protect your manhood. Men who eat over 10 servings of tomatoes each week have an 18 percent lower risk of developing prostate cancer — the result of lycopene, an antioxidant which fights off toxins that can cause DNA and cell damage — a study in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention found. A previous study found the garden vegetable could also improve sperm morphology (shape); men with the highest tomato intake contributed to between 8 and 10 percent more ‘normal’ sperm.

d. Water Melon: Watermelon is one of the richest natural sources of L-citrulline, an amino acid that can help make your erection harder. Once it’s in the body, it converts to L-arginine, stimulating the production of nitric oxide, which increases blood flow to the p*nis, strengthening erections.

e. Ginger:  Ginger is another food that can improve your sex life by aiding blood flow and improving artery health. According to a study in the International Journal of Cardiology, consuming a mere teaspoon of the stuff a few times a week is all you need to reap the heart-healthy benefits. The spice has also been shown to boost levels of testosterone and sperm viability.

f. Oats: The popular breakfast cereal is a good source of l-arginine, an amino acid commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction. Plus, whole grains like oatmeal also help lower cholesterol levels. Having high cholesterol can lead to atherosclerosis, a condition that clogs and narrows arteries, impairing blood flow. This could eventually lead to heart problems, but you’ll likely notice issues below the belt first. The arteries surrounding the genital area are narrower than coronary blood vessels, so they’re more susceptible to clots. Simply put, the better your cholesterol levels are, the better your erection will be, too.

g. Mushroom: These unassuming fungi are a libido-boosting triple threat: They have the highest level of choline of any vegetable—one serving has almost double the amount found in an egg yolk. They’re also rich in zinc and Vitamin D, which keeps testosterone at a healthy level and your libido humming.

h. Liver: You’d be hard-pressed to find a less sexy-sounding food, but liver is loaded with zinc, which is essential for keeping testosterone levels up and prevents your body from converting it into estrogen. Beef liver is also high in Vitamin B12, a deficiency of which has been linked to erectile dysfunction.

i. Dark chocolate: There’s a reason chocolate became a gift given before amorous activity. Cacao increases levels of the mood-boosting hormone serotonin, which can lower stress levels, boosting desire and making it easier to reach orgasm. And that’s not all: Cocoa also increases blood flow through the arteries and relaxes blood vessels, sending blood to all the right regions, which can boost sexual pleasure.

j. Pine nuts: These underrated kernels are rich in zinc, and people with higher levels in their system have been shown to have a higher sex drive than those with lower levels. They’re also a good source of magnesium, which boosts testosterone and keeps sperm healthy and viable. Pine nuts are the primary ingredient in pesto, so go Italian on your next date night, or sprinkle them on a salad with libido-boosting avocado, tomatoes, and salmon.

k. Cherries: Nature’s candy can be a cherry bomb for your sex life. Cherries are rich in anthocyanins, plant chemicals which clean your arteries of plaque, keeping them open for business. That has a direct effect on blood flow below the belt. So make them a regular snack: One cup clocks in at fewer than 100 calories and boasts B vitamins, cancer-fighting flavonoids and three grams of fiber.

l. Wine: If you’re looking for a way to simultaneously boost your libido and calm those pre-date jitters, pour yourself a glass of red wine. According to a study printed in Nutrition Journal, vino could elevate your testosterone levels. In lab tests, researchers found that quercetin, a compound in wine, blocks an enzyme that causes the body to excrete testosterone, thereby increasing the amount of T circulating in the blood. Wine’s rich antioxidant profile also triggers nitric oxide production, which relaxes artery walls.

m. Potatoes: Potatoes—whether they’re the white or the sweet variety—are a great source of potassium. This nutrient boosts circulation, which keeps blood flowing where it needs to go and boosts your bedroom pleasure.

n. Carrots: A study published in the journal Fertility and Sterility that analyzed the effect of various fruit and vegetables on sperm quality discovered carrots had the best all-round results on sperm count and motility — a term used to describe the ability of sperm to swim towards an egg. Men who ate the most carrots saw improved sperm performance by 6.5 to 8 percent. The Harvard researchers attribute the boost to carotenoids, powerful antioxidative compounds in carrots that help the body make vitamin

o. Eggs: The boner-boosting ingredient in eggs is choline, a powerful natural chemical that not only burns fat but can help set your pants afire. Choline triggers the production of nitric oxide (NO), which relaxes arteries in the p*nis and enables blood flow to do its thing. Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter which controls sexual behavior through its activity in the brain.

p. Honey: Honey, unlike table sugar, is packed with beneficial compounds like quercetin, which has been shown to aid athletic endurance and ward off depression—two very good things for your p*nis. Honey also has a less dramatic impact on your blood sugar levels than regular sugar so it won’t send your body into fat-storage mode the way the white stuff can.

q. Whitefish: Men looking to boost their sperm quality should head to the fish counter, research suggests. Sperm size and shape — one marker used to evaluate male infertility — was better in men who ate the most white meat fish as compared to men who ate the least, a study published in The Journal of Nutrition showed. And total sperm count was about 34 percent higher among men who ate the most dark meat fish, like salmon and tuna, than men who ate the least amount of fish. Meanwhile, men who reported eating one to three servings of processed meat had worse sperm morphology (shape) than men who ate the fewest servings.

2. Exercise regularly and reduce stress

Exercise has a brilliant effect on sexual function. It improves mood, prevents fatigue, reduces stress and as well boosts energy. Also, exercising will reduce your risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, some cancers, osteoporosis, chronic medical problems, and physical stability. Exercises likes push-ups, press-ups etc. helps the genital a lot. Exercises that work out the muscles involved in sex—the core muscles, the external rotators of the hip, and the all-important pelvic floor muscles—will improve your performance.

3. Wash it well and keep it dry

Skin in a man’s genital region is not all that different from other areas of the body, so cleaning once a day is just fine. To keep things from getting itchy, men should take care to dry off well after swimming, bathing, and sweating. It’s also a good idea to wash up before any intercourse where the penile penetration is involved. This is nowhere near the best way to prevent the spread of infections but it may cut back the chances of transmission to some extent.

4. Sleep well

Your p*nis actually gets exercised while you sleep. Those middle-of-the-night and early-morning erections have an important function. They are ways for your p*nis to pump itself up and get some workout. These erections are called “nocturnal erections,” and they serve several purposes such as promoting oxygenation and blood flow to the p*nis and also helps in preventing erectile dysfunction (ED). Plus, from a biological perspective, waking up with your “little friend” ready to go with your partner nearby helps encourage reproduction. Isn’t that convenient?

This “nature’s little helper” is also a natural p*nis extension therapy, helping to maintain p*nis’ size by continuously stretching the penile tissue. When you have an erection, oxygenating blood fills the p*nis, making it hard. Having good blood flow is an essential component to achieving and maintaining that erection. All healthy men with normal erectile function have multiple erections during their sleep cycle.

As you get older, you may notice that these nocturnal and morning erections are not as strong or as frequent as you had in your younger years. One of the reasons nocturnal erections reduce as you age is because of decreased testosterone, but their absence and other erectile problems could indicate a larger health problem. If you can’t remember the last time you woke up with a hard-on, or if you have experienced erectile dysfunction while awake, talk to your doctor because erectile dysfunction (ED) can be a sign of heart disease.

The downside to having fewer nocturnal erections as you age is that you stop receiving the extension and exercise benefits they provide. That makes it so you have to start working harder in the non-sleeping hours. If you don’t exercise your p*nis regularly, your p*nis can actually shrink 1-2 centimeters. Some of the other risks for loss of p*nis length include weight gain, aging (due to lack of use and declining hormones), genetics, and prostate surgery.

About 70% of the men who have their prostate removed can expect to lose some of their p*nis lengths. Prostate cancer patients are often unable to achieve an erection for 6-24 months, so doctors sometimes prescribe p*nis pumps. A p*nis pump is a tool that keeps the blood flowing in and out, and it helps prevent permanent shrinkage by stretching the penile tissue.

5. Your Underwear

You wouldn’t think there’d be a lot to learn about underwear — wear it, change it, wash it, repeat — but there’s actually more than most men think. And whether guys choose boxers, briefs, or live to go commando, chances are, underwear rarely gets a second thought.

A lot of us underestimate the importance and power of good underwear. If it’s too tight, too loose, or if you’re wearing those grey pair of pants that were once white, you’ve got to do something about it. We never really stop to consider whether the underwear we’re wearing is right for us.

Whether it’s finding a pair that really compliments your shape, provides enough support throughout the day, or allows your skin to breathe when you’re active, it’s vital to have a good selection in your drawer.

Here’s a simple guide to the different styles of men’s underwear that are available to you, when to wear them, and what you should be looking out for.

Type of underwear

Boxers

Boxers have elastic waistbands and wide leg openings like shorts. Some styles feature an open fly while others have buttons or fasteners that close the fly. The loose design allows air to circulate but provides no support. Boxers are acceptable as loungewear and comfortable to sleep in. When worn with pants, this style tends to bunch up and ride above the waist.

Briefs

Briefs are a form-fitting style of underwear that has elastic leg openings and waistband. The fly features overlapping pockets of material for support. This style provides sufficient support for physical activities. Over time, the fabric may become worn and stretch out. It is best to replace the underwear when it no longer conforms to the body.

Thongs

Thongs are considered a sexy style of men’s underwear. They feature an elastic waistband of varying widths, a pouch, and a thin fabric strip for the back. This style will not show lines when worn with pants, but some men consider thongs to be uncomfortable. Thongs offer some support but are not recommended for physical activities because of discomfort and sweating. The g-string is a variation of the thong with an extremely thin strip of fabric in the back.

Bikinis

Men’s bikinis are another sexy style of underwear. They are designed like briefs but with a more revealing look. The waist typically sits slightly lower on the hips, allowing for lower cut jeans. String bikinis are a variation with narrow waistbands at the hips. When worn with pants, bikinis may ride up in the back and cause discomfort.

Thermal Underwear

Thermal underwear is form fitting and extends from the waist to the ankles. Some styles come in sets with bottoms and long-sleeved tops. The center is supported with an overlapping fly, and the material is usually insulated. Men typically wear thermal underwear in cold climates where maintaining body heat is essential for comfort and survival. It is common for men to wear this style as loungewear around the home or for sleeping.

However, it is well known underwear should be changed daily and if involve in a sweaty activity, a change in midday is warranted after a shower, this will reduce infections and prevent offensive odor. Wearing the right underwear says a lot about the male genital.

Pay attention to underwears! Wear the right underwears!

6. Pubic Hair

Some guys trim their pubic hair, others prefer to shave or wax, and most guys just leave it alone. It’s not necessary to remove the hair in this area to keep your body clean; it’s just a personal preference.

Trimming: Trimming is the most basic and affordable way of maintaining the appearance of your pubic hair. You can use a good pair of scissors to trim your hair. An easier way to trim is with an electric trimmer – just remember that you have to use it when you are dry, meaning never in the shower or the tub.

Shaving: Some guys who want to remove pubic hair prefer not to shave because the hair usually grows back in just a couple of days. In the meantime, your genital area can feel itchy and prickly because the skin in this area is very sensitive.

Shaving doesn’t make the hair grow back thicker; this is just a myth. However, if you want to keep the area hairless and smooth, you’ll need to invest in good tools such as: scissors, razor, shaving cream or gel, and plan on shaving every couple of days.

Public hair should be well taken care of to prevent offensive and bad odour.

7. Make good use of your p*nis

Make ejaculation part of your daily routine. Here’s why: a large Harvard study of nearly 30, 000 men found the risk of prostate cancer was 33 percent lower in men who’d ejaculated at least 21 times per month, compared to those who ejaculated only 4-7 times per month. This included ejaculations during sex, masturbation and, um, ‘nocturnal emissions’

8. Examine yourself

Testicular cancer is very common cancer among the young men. However, it is not only women who need their breast to be checked incase of breast cancer, but men also needs their testis(the plural is testes) to be checked at least every week in turn between your finger and thumb by rolling the skin over them. The most common symptom is a lump of any size but you should book an appointment with your doctor if you have any new feelings in the scrotal area.

Thanks for discussing a topic a lot of us shy away from. I remember my mum always buying tight pants for us, but I never wore pants again since the first day I tried a pair of boxers.

Remember guys! always keep it aerated!!
