Born Ayeni Oluwaseun Raymond. a.k.a “R-truth” on the 27 of March, in Ilorin Kwara State, Nigeria. R-truth is a native of Ekiti state.
He fell in love with music in his primary school days. He later discovered he also had the talent to sing and began to nurture that talent. In 2010 he decided to get a guitar and work
on something after which he got into the studio and recorded his first single. Since R-truth started his solo career a year and a half ago, he has performed in some parts of Nigeria. He
did a promotional tour with El-Phlex during the month of July to Sept 2011. R-truth is currently working on his first album which he will feature some top artistes under the
musical imprint of his album.
Being a versatile artist, he not only plays the guitar but also writes for different genres of music such as R&B, Reggae and Pop.
In his latest single, titled For You. R’Thruth takes on a journey with a sneak-peak of issues inherent with his love interest.
He enlivens her by assuring her all will be well. He further charged her to stop brooding and live up the love. He talked about the tribulations of the past and how things are here for the best.

It breaks my heart to see you sad

Now I am here you can lean on”
With a slow tempo beat laced with a catchy instrumental, the TDURST produced joint is capable of wowing us with the awesomeness of love.
