I woke up this morning and after performing my normal morning routine I decided to check my Facebook and was greeted with the news of Tiwa Savage’s response to her husband’s allegations.
I read the interview carefully and decided to go online for the full gist and what I saw and read was devastating to say the least but before I talk about that why don’t I back up a bit and talk about what led to that, that is, Tee Billz’s rant on Instagram.
I wonder what happened to the world, I wonder what happened to courtesy, I wonder what happened to common sense, when did it come to this?
People putting their entire life on display on social media, couples fighting and breaking up on social media; becoming a source of entertainment for people.
Is the world now that bad that a “Man” uses a social media to basically tarnish, undermine and destroy her wife’s image, what happened to folks working things out in private? Whatever happened to the days of men taking care of their business behind closed doors?
To make matters worse Tee Billz didn’t just make accusations about his wife, he also threatened suicide. Who does that? What kind of grown man say all that about his wife and feel the next thing to do is commit suicide? I mean really! Suicide is the answer?
This is either a carefully laid out publicity stunt ( a means of cashing out on his failed marriage, after all everything he said was scripted to get sympathy from men and anybody who has been cheated on before) or he’s the biggest joker in the history of man.
I find it very funny that the first time seeing Tiwa savage without make up is when she’s coming out to tell everybody she knows her marriage isn’t going to work. No wonder my friend Kemi posted on Facebook that Tiwa savage dressed like someone whose husband just died.
It was obviously a PR means of cleansing whatever blemish Tee- billz’s accusations might have splashed on her image, I mean just because she’s coming to clear the air doesn’t mean she can’t dress like a Diva like she always does right?
This was obviously a way to gain sympathy from people after this divorce has now become a popularity contest.
Who won’t support a plain woman crying about her husband’s infidelity and assault, I mean that was perfectly scripted. Before you start blowing my head off here’s why I think both of them are just trying to make the best of a bad situation.
Tiwa said she knew the marriage wasn’t going to work, doesn’t that just sound inane? How do you know that a marriage is going to fail and then you go ahead with it not only that you even had a child and how come we’ve never heard report of any assault on her by her husband or seen any sign to that effect?
It seems to me that the whole interview was a way for Tiwa to save face and to have their sympathy. I give her a lot of props though she responded to Tee-Billz the old fashioned way; using an interview and not some social media platform but I just wish both of them would act like the adults they are and keep their problems to themselves and not make themselves play thing for the whole world.

April 30, 2016 at 6:26 pmI thought I was the only one who felt that Tiwa’s response was staged and just to save her image. Obviously there are people who seem to have seen things the same way I have seen them too. Both ex-husband and ex-wife (I guess I am right to use those words for them) are obviously immature given the way they have handled this issue. It is a pity that many of these folks cannot handle fame and the evils that accompany being famous
