Nigerian fashion bloggers going places, gets featured on CNN

I was not surprised when I saw bloggers Temi Otedola and Sayedero Enitan featured on CNN as these guys have been hot on the Nigerian fashion bloggers’ scene in Nigeria in recent times. They have also been taking advantage of the social media in displaying their ever increasing knowledge of fashion in Nigeria.

I am particularly happy that Nigeria’s fashion industry has been increasingly on the rise and these bloggers have displayed astute dexterity in their huge fashion sense, in enlightening Nigerians.

CNN African Voices said

“The industry is growing fast and although it still faces some very real challenges in terms of infrastructure and funding, it’s beginning to reach a wide audience of fashion conscious consumers thanks to e-commerce, social media and the fact that the international fashion industry is always on the hunt for something new.”

Sayedero, who was visibly happy as shown on her blog here said she had been thinking of closing down her blog for a while, but this feature by CNN has rekindled her spirit once more. Dear Enitan, do not stop doing what you love, the sky is just your starting point.
