The CAG BLOGGERS FORUM 4 held at Capital Square Ikoyi on Sunday, 12th February2017 is a periodic bloggers tutor and training anchored by popular brand and digital marketing consultant Alice Dako (Colours and Grey) has come and gone but not without once again leaving marks in the minds of Nigerian bloggers in attendance.
The event was created to assist bloggers become more proficient in their art and craft by taking them through the latest digital marketing trends and also explaining useful branding tips had over 30 bloggers of different niche in attendance.
Alice dug into the depths of blogging and branding as she shared eye opening and insightful moments on the various techniques in establishing a blogger’s brand.
Nedu of www.nedoux.com was also on hand to take the bloggers through her sewing class, while Alice further did justice to mailing lists, Facebook advertising which your truly also took part in ( Alice put me on the spot).
Seun of Ordinaryandart.com also took out time to explain the importance of photo-blogging for visual in blogging. he provided useful tips regarding the various mobile photo editing tools and apps that bloggers can leverage to increase the beauty of their art on their blogs and on social media.
Supermartng, one of the sponsors was also at the forum to provide insights on Collaborations with food bloggers and how they are willing to partner with bloggers in Nigeria.
Also in attendance was the head of Pulse Bloggers, Gbenga Oguntayo who paid a courtesy visit to the event.
There were a lot of gifts and freebies by top brands who partnered with Alice on this amazing forum as bloggers had gifts and freebies to go home with.
The event will no doubt remain in the minds of Nigerian bloggers for a very long time, as there were a lot of brainstorming, questions asked, queries raised and Yes, Alice was on hand to do justice to most of the questions.
It was an eye opening moment once again as the forum lived to the its expectation; helping bloggers create an online presence and awareness.
